1994. After gaining over seven years of experience as an associate at two
family law firms, I opened my own practice in May, 2001 in Chula Vista,
CA.
While many family law attorneys offer their services at hourly rates, I
utilize a different fee structure. I offer my services at a fixed rate (flat rate).
There are no hourly fees. One payment covers my services, whether the
matter is contested or uncontested.
I do ask that my clients be responsible for paying any associated costs,
such as court filing fees. I determine the fixed fee for my services based
upon the particular facts of each case, but I strive to make my services
affordable to all.
